1. Payment Options / Charges

There are no additional charges for using any of the payment methods, except for the standard COD fee if applicable.
2. Shipping Locations / Timeline / Charges
We ship across India and globally!
- Domestic Shipping: Typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the location. Pre - orders usually take 7-10 days for dispatch.
- International Shipping: Delivery timelines vary by country (typically 7–14 business days).
- Shipping Charges:
- Domestic orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹3,000; minimal charges for lower amounts.
- International orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Note: Shipping times may vary depending on external factors such as weather conditions or courier service delays.
3. Exchange Possibility and Timeline
We offer exchanges on eligible items.
- Exchange Policy: In case of any defects, you can exchange your item within 24hrs of receiving it, as long as the product is unused, with tags intact and in its original condition. Must follow the conditions under return policy.
- Exchange Process: Please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details.
- Note: The exchange is subject to availability. If the product is out of stock, we will offer you a store credit or an alternate product.
4. Return Possibility and Timeline
We do accept returns under certain conditions.
- Return Policy: Returns are allowed within 24hrs/1 day of receiving the product.
- Return Conditions: The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Parcel opening video is a must.
- Return Process: Please contact us within 24hrs/1 day of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the return process.
- Refunds: Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed based on genuine concerns.
5. Quality and damaged if any
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Damaged/Defective Items: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item with clear images and package opening video of the damage/defect.
- Replacement Process: We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as per the product's availability and your preference.
- Note: We take utmost care in packaging to ensure your saree reaches you in perfect condition.
6. Warranty / Care Tips
- Warranty: We do not offer any warranty on sarees. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we allow exchanges within 48 hours of delivery.
- Care Tips: To maintain the quality and shine of your saree:
- Dry clean only.
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
- Avoid contact with perfume or harsh chemicals to preserve the fabric's integrity.
- For Banarasi sarees, gently fold along the pleats to prevent creasing.
