Amendments to Terms and Conditions

House of Hemanika reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All amendments will be applicable immediately after updates are made on this site. You are encouraged to visit the Terms and Conditions each time you sign up/sign in for our services and products to remain updated on any amendments.

Online Account

As a registered user, you are required to log in to www.houseofhemanika.com using your email ID and a password of your choice. You will be solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and safe. Any order placed from your login ID will be considered as an order placed by you and will be fulfilled accordingly.

Terms of Operations

www.houseofhemanika.com, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend or cancel any of its services at any time without prior notice. All outstanding orders will, however, be fulfilled or fully refunded. www.houseofhemanika.com reserves the right to refuse services to anyone at any time without assigning any reasons for the decision. House of Hemanika will not be responsible for any damage caused by the use of its website.

Warranty and Liability

www.houseofhemanika.com will not be responsible for any damage arising out of the use of the products shipped to the customers or the products bought through its website. We accept no liability for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such a delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All information displayed on the website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This site is designed, updated, and managed independently by www.houseofhemanika.com. You should not copy, modify, publish, transfer, sell, reproduce, distribute, display, or in any way commercially exploit the content of www.houseofhemanika.com. Any violation will result in suitable legal actions under the jurisdiction of Thane Courts.

Damaged Products

Our team carries out rigorous quality checks before shipping out the products to our customers. However, damages caused in transit after the product has been shipped are beyond our control. If you receive a damaged product in your order, we will replace it with another piece of the same or similar kind based on our stocks. Kindly email us at hemanikacouture@gmail.com to inform us about the damage along with its picture within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will not entertain any claims about damage received after 48 hours.

Missed Delivery

Our logistics partners attempt delivery three times. Orders not collected will be returned to us. We will re-ship the order at your request for an additional ₹250. All Cash-on-Delivery orders returned to us will be re-shipped only after the payment for the product and additional shipping charges is made online.

Order Cancellation

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at hemanikacouture@gmail.com. After this window, cancellations are not permitted as the order may have already been processed. Pre orders are not allowed for cancellation.

  • Seller-Initiated Cancellation: House of Hemanika reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incomplete payment, or unforeseen operational challenges. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

Product Variations

Slight variations in color, texture, and patterns are inherent to handmade silk products and may occur due to lighting or device screen settings. These variations are not considered defects but rather a testament to the handcrafted nature of our sarees.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data shared with House of Hemanika will be used solely to process your orders, provide updates, and improve your experience. Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

Limitation of Liability

House of Hemanika shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed with us.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be resolved amicably through negotiation. If the dispute remains unresolved, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thane Courts, Maharashtra.
